I was recently nominated to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by my "Francesca Unscripted" producer and cast-mate Kristin Fulton. You can see her video, and mine in response, below. Watch to the end if you want to meet my goofy pup, Bear!
ALS is a progressive, and ultimately deadly, neurodegenerative disease. To learn more about it or to donate, check out: http://www.alsa.org/.
Welp. I just realized I'm a little overdue for some updates on what I've been up to lately.... much like I was overdue in signing up for Improv 201 at UCB. Between the classes selling out like hotcakes (apparently, hotcakes sell quickly?) and my struggle to clear a day/time 8 weeks in a row, nearly a year has passed since I took 101. My 201 class (taught by the delightful and hilarious Molly Lloyd) started three weeks ago and I'm so happy to back. We have a great crew who so far have made getting up for a 9:30 am class (and the gym before it...) worth it. Our class show will be on October 4th, 4 pm at UCBeast. So, you know, mark your schedules! :)
Things are moving along on the new web series I'm in, "Francesca Unscripted." In it, I play the (recurring) role of Francesca's BFF Justine. Two peas in a pod, Justine loves her friend, but also wouldn't mind getting a little more of the spotlight... Stayed tuned for the first three episodes (already shot) and hopefully many more to come after that!
